As a career member of the American Oil Chemists' Society (AOCS) and American Society of Baking (ASB), and the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT), James has presented numerous technical papers at national and international conferences. He is recognized as a SME in lipid chemistry and commercial processing and application of fats, oils and fatty acid-based emulsifiers, omega fatty acids and MCT oils.
