Olam Group to sell 44.58% stake in Olam Agri to SALIC

Global food and agriculture company Olam Group is set to sell 44.58% of its stake in Olam Agri Holdings to Saudi Agricultural and Livestock Investment Company (SALIC). Olam Agri's oil portfolio includes palm, rapeseed, soybean and sunflower oils.
